Energetic Principles refreshes what you learned in Original Body Course
This workshop looks in more depth at LaStone’s unique ‘energy’ aspects within a treatment. We have updated the Original Body Course and this workshop brings our therapist`s skills up to advance with these new changes. We recap the main principles on smudging, chakra placement, energy connections, spinal spirals and castle building.
In addition this workshop covers new massage sequences and techniques and theoretical principles of working with alternating temperatures. This course is essential for anyone who has trained in LaStone prior to 2008 as the Original Body course has had a major face lift.
Scheduling of group rates must be 90-days in advance; this supports the ordering process of stones and supplies being shipped in a timely manner.
Everyone who completes a workshop with LST will receive
a certificate of accomplishment for that particular course
LaStone certifications are LST, ALST, MLST, MLSTI

If you are pregnant or think you are pregnant we regret that you cannot attend the Original Body LaStone® Therapy workshop until after delivery. This is due to the fact that you cannot participate fully in the hands on portion of the workshop. It is also known that aromatherapy, smudging, and body temperature changes can cause complications during pregnancy. We have created several workshops that you can attend;
